  3. Do you sell original paintings or prints?
    We sell both! Our collection includes original paintings (one-of-a-kind works) and high-quality art prints (reproductions of original pieces). Each product listing specifies whether it’s an original or a print.

Purchasing Art

 4. How do I purchase an artwork?
To purchase an artwork:

Browse our collection on griffcowan.com.

Click on the piece you love to view details.

Select the size (if applicable) and click Add to Cart.

Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely in US dollars (USD).

6. Can I reserve an artwork?
Yes, we can hold an artwork for a limited time (usually 24-48 hours) while you finalize your purchase. Contact us at support@griffcowan.com to request a reservation.

7. Do you offer installment plans or payment options?
At this time, we do not offer installment plans. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.


Shipping and Delivery

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

9. How long does shipping take?

Within the US: 5-7 business days.

International: 18-21  business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that these are estimates, and delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

10. How is the artwork packaged?
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Original paintings are shipped in sturdy, custom-built crates, while prints are rolled in protective tubes or shipped flat, depending on size.

11. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s delivery status.


Returns and Refunds

12. What is your return policy?

Original Paintings: Due to the unique nature of original art, all sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Art Prints: We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for unused and undamaged prints. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

13. What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@griffcowan.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.


Artwork Care and Framing

14. How should I care for my artwork?

Keep your artwork away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures.

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using cleaning products or water.

For framed pieces, clean the glass or acrylic with a microfiber cloth.

15. Do you offer framing services?
At this time, we do not offer framing services. However, we recommend consulting a professional framer to ensure your artwork is displayed beautifully and preserved for years to come.


Custom Orders and Commissions

16. Can I request a custom painting or commission?
Yes, Griff Cowan occasionally accepts commissions. Please contact us at support@griffcowan.com with your ideas, budget, and timeline, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.

17. How long does a custom painting take?
The timeline for a custom painting varies depending on the complexity of the project and the artist’s schedule. We’ll provide an estimated completion date when you place your commission.


Wholesale and Licensing

18. Do you offer wholesale pricing for galleries or retailers?
Yes, we work with galleries and retailers to offer wholesale pricing. Contact us at support@griffcowan.com for more information.

19. Can I license Griff Cowan’s artwork for commercial use?
